My vision of Hayneville and Lowndes County is to develop them economically with small businesses such as restaurants, convenient stores, service stations, motels and manufacturing plants, thereby creating jobs for all citizens. This will also make it possible for the residents to work in the county rather than commuting away from the city. Hayneville is prepared to annex land nearby and adjacent to the city limits to make the fruitions.
